Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions for booking outline the rules governing a service. They include policies, procedures, liability limitations, and user responsibilities, ensuring both provider and customer understand their rights. Familiarizing yourself with these terms is essential before booking.
Group Bookings (10 + People)
1. The person who has booked the party is responsible for the bill, this does not mean paying the whole bill, this just means responsible if anyone leaves without paying.
2. You would need to pre-order two days before the date of the booking
3. Please let us know If someone from the party cannot attend before your arrival so you are not charged their meal, if someone does not turn up on the day of booking and the chefs have prepared the food, unfortunately you will still be charged for the food and will be able to take it away in a takeaway container.
4. Deposit of £10 per person applies for any booking over 10 people
5. Cancellations- if you cancel less than 48 hours before your booking you will lose all of the deposit
